She is responsible for the overall strategic direction and management of the Group, project identification and joint venture capital raising.
She is a registered Chartered Accountant and Real Estate Agent with more than 25 years of successful commercial and financial experience. She has held positions as Chief Financial Officer and Financial Director with various international Corporate Companies.
Her passion for real estate resulted in her specialising in all aspects of property investment by applying sound business and financial accruement to each transaction.
Additionally, she excels in the area of property development, with a concise understanding of the development market. She successfully completed various developments in the past and is well known for her ability to identify opportunities that have consistently outperformed the market. Her very strong negotiation skills and extensive expertise allows her to recognise market trends, demands and conditions to accurately predict project outcomes.
She is a firm believer in client service. With her, customers always comes first. She spends a considerable amount of time to ensure that everyone in the company provides the highest quality of products and services. She is always friendly, timely, professional and exceeds all expectations.

Len is the Director of Marketing, Sales and Acquisitions and Co-founder of Linzen Group which is a multi-faceted and Diverse Property Group offering a one stop real estate shop all under one roof.
He is responsible for the overall company marketing, sales and is always looking for new acquisitions.
Len specialised in property investing and development of medium to master residential communities and has more than 30 years successful residential and selling off the plan experience.
His deep understanding of the property development market provides him with the ability to identify and implement strategies that result in sales volumes and provide the necessary return on investment for the development.
He believes in doing proper market research and his in-depth coverage of the residential property market at macro and micro level has contributed to the successful completion of various developments in the past.
He is also a firm believer in client service and will go out of his way to ensure clients expectations are exceeded.
